I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with beautiful rooms that provided all the amenities expected of a 4-star hotel, including a balcony overlooking Cusco. The service was top-notch, and the location was convenient for exploring the historic plaza and downtown. The dining experience was fantastic, offering an early breakfast with various options. However, a small downside was the absence of coffee for the K cup coffee maker in the room.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, the room was large, comfortable, and clean, which made our stay very pleasant. I stayed in an executive suite at this hotel, which was awesome despite poor ventilation with only heating available. The rooms were not huge, but large enough to meet all my needs. They were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable.
