I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with beautiful rooms that provided all the amenities expected of a 4-star hotel, including a balcony overlooking Cusco. The service was top-notch, and the location was convenient for exploring the historic plaza and downtown. The dining experience was fantastic, offering an early breakfast with various options. However, a small downside was the absence of coffee for the K cup coffee maker in the room.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, the room was large, comfortable, and clean, which made our stay very pleasant. However, the lack of air conditioning was a downside for both the double and triple rooms. The service at the customer desk was exceptional, with friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was excellent, offering privacy and quietness at night while being close to the downtown area. The dining experience was excellent, especially at the restaurant, although skipping breakfast could be a downside for some. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory and met our needs for the stay.
